The stick is undoubtedly the oldest weapon. Whether in Vietnam , China, Japan, Korea, Thailand , India ... the practice of the stick has always been part of the martial art in the noblest and most popular sense. That is why we designate the stick under the name of "mother" of all weapons.
There are different sizes: small or longer, heavy or light , rigid or very flexible. The long and short sticks enable according to a certain distance : poking , sweeping, twirl , pierce , hit. The stick allows protection of any space , giving it a great efficiency in the face several armed or not speakers.
